Orders That Have Shipped

Tota Bag Store does not offer exchanges.

Orders are shipped within the United States using USPS Ground Advantage.

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days.

Our order cutoff time is 2:00 PM Eastern Time (ET), Monday through Friday.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET on a business day will generally begin processing that business day. Orders placed at or after 2:00 PM ET will generally begin processing on the next business day.

Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays will generally begin processing on the next business day.

USPS Ground Advantage generally has an estimated transit time of 2–5 business days after USPS receives the package.

The estimated total time from order placement to delivery is generally 3–8 business days.

8. Shipping Delays

Tota Bag Store is not responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

USPS delays.
Severe weather.

USPS processing or routing delays.

A shipping delay does not automatically entitle a customer to a refund or reimbursement of shipping charges.
